IMPORTANT PRENATAL PROGRAM UPDATE

We’ve been listening to your feedback and have been hard at work to make improvements to both of the Plus+1 offerings. Today, we’re thrilled to roll out the updated version of the prenatal program!

The large size and length of this program just wasn't easy to navigate in its initial format, so we’ve changed up to things to make things simpler and faster to get to:

1. The Education content and Strength Training content of the program have been divided into two different access points. Now, instead of scrolling through an abundance of content, you can find the educational videos and training quickly when you’re looking for something specific. Because of this change, the access URLs have been updated. See below for the specific links.
2. The way that the programming and exercise demos are delivered to you has changed. All programming, notes, and exercise GIF demos will be contained within one single PDF download. We think you’re going to love how simple and straightforward it is!
