IMPORTANT PLUS+1 POSTPARTUM PROGRAM UPDATE

We’ve been listening to your feedback and have been hard at work to make improvements to both of the Plus+1 offerings. While the Prenatal update is not complete yet (hang tight!), the Postpartum update has arrived!

The large size and length of the Plus+1 programs just weren’t super easy to navigate in their initial format, so we’re changing up the way the programming and exercise demos are delivered to you in the Postpartum program. All the educational videos will remain the same, we’re simply changing the section and subsections under the “Training Program” section. 

We think you’re going to love how simple and straightforward it is! All programming, notes, and exercise GIF demos will be contained within one single PDF download.
